Al-Taqwa and Misr Al-Kheir Towers complex was constructed according to the latest global construction systems using reinforced concrete (post-tension slab) strengthened with steel cables, while taking into account the architectural design of the facades, entrances, and apartments to maximize utility, privacy, and optimal space usage. The towers are located on main streets with easy access and also overlook back streets to maximize natural ventilation and lighting.
